This recap is a personal favorite of ours. Take a look at the Plush Vodka and JBL Audio sponsored NFL Alumni event. During Superbowl weekend 2019, we were able to manage the involvement of Plush Vodka with this event and participate in the day of brand activation including but not limited to placing and managing the product, creating marketing content and assuring key influences and players engaged with the product. We also facilitated the setup and breakdown during this event and more. 

We hired Video Professional, Zikomo Langston to capture the activation event.

The above recap video highlights some of the best b moments dueing the Chit Chat Media Solutions Grammy Viewing Event in D.C. The Press and Event Coordination services were provided by Carmel Communication Strategies, (C.C.S).   

Services included one month of event planning, event marketing, product sponsorship solicitation, beverage sponsorship solicitation,  full day set-up, post event break down, media management, selecting and distributing decor, servicing the red carpet and more.

The above video is exclusive behind the scenes footage from the Arsonal and Fetty Wap production. The two day shoot was managed and coordinated by our founder, Valerie Victor. 

C.C.S. was responsible for selecting and booking the location, models, production assistants, photographers, creating and securing the non-disclosure forms for all filmed parties, purchasing and setting up the refreshments, coordinating with the modeling agency, reviewing and manintaining day of time management and call times, budget management, and day of coordination between management, directors, press, talent and assistant staff. 

The video was fundeded by the Elite Music Circle CEO, Xavier Howell. Elite Music Circle is an independent record label based in Atlanta, GA. Additionally, the Video Director contracted was Nimi Hendrix, a notable video and film director from New Jersey.

Revolt TV: First Annual State of Hip-Hop Event Coordination

FASHHA Panel (Additional Information)

The Crusher Consulting "First Annual State of Hip-Hop" event panel Address was held in Atlanta, GA February 2018 and aired fir the first time on Revolt TV in May 2018.  

A group of major hip-hop influencers such as Bonecrusher, Big Tigger, Kenny Burns, T.I.P., BIg Daddy Kane and more joined the FASHHA panel to discuss the hip-hop, it's influence, it's impact, the power in the hip-hop culture and more.   

Carmel Communication Strategies assisted Crusher Consulting by  providing the event organizers with supplies and services such as a marketing deck, day of event coordination assistance, set-up and break down, red carpet coordination, press and guest RSVPs, transportation services, event staff for guest check-in and more.

After The release of his new single, "V.I.P.," G-Unit records' Kidd Kidd had a private press listening party in NYC. To help promote his upcoming EP, "Unquestionable," we created an intimate and exclusive event that would give key influencers in the media and the music industry a first listen to the new body of work. 

Carmel Communication strategies secured the venue, press, red carpet, photographers, videographers, sponsorships (both alcohol and food), as well as the DJ, sound engineers, props and decor. We additionally took on the responsibility of hiring security and managing the RSVPs and guest list.
